Pricing - 2020 Subscription Plans
The AAF offers three subscription plans to meet the needs of different organisations. Subscription information for 2020 is outlined below.
The Federation Enterprise model is for a whole-of-organisation/institution or large enterprises that undertake or support education, research or research and development.

The Rapid Starter plan is for small organisations that undertake or support education, research or research and development. AAF operates your connection to the Federation as a managed service.

* Annual fees and FTE fees are billed on a pro-rata basis for the first year of participation. Annual fees for all subscribers will cover the period from 1 January to 31 December.
** Education and research organisations may be eligible for a discount (30%) on the Rapid Starter. View the AAF Rapid IdP Guidelines to see if your organisation is eligible.
*** AAF Publisher subscription fees are based on the quarter in which the application form is signed (full fee in the first quarter; 25% reduction in second quarter; 50% reduction in third quarter; 75% reduction in fourth quarter). Annual fees for all subscribers will cover the period from 1 January to 31 December.
^ A collection of related services may be classed as a single Service Provider at the AAF’s discretion (e.g. five separate journal databases may be classified as a single Service Provider).
Notes
All prices are excluding GST.
AAF will not provide subscription to a combination of products (i.e. subscribers must only choose one product).
All fees are subject to price increases and are reviewed on an on-going basis at the discretion of the AAF. AAF reserves the right to withdraw its products at any time. All fees are in Australian (AUD) dollars.
For annual subscriptions, the AAF accepts direct deposit/funds transfer or online credit card payment. The bank details and SWIFT code are displayed on your invoice. Please use your invoice number as the description and email enquiries@aaf.edu.au once the payment has been made.
