Australian ORCID Consortium Year in Review 2023
2023 was another successful year for the ORCID Consortium led by the Australian Access Federation (AAF). We would like to acknowledge our members for their continued support. With 44 members across Australia, and over 172,000 ORCID iDs connected by member integrations, ORCID continues to play a significant role in Australia’s higher education and research sector.
As part of our ongoing engagement with the community, the AAF conducted over 100 national and international engagements throughout 2023. This included live and virtual events, focus group discussions, a coffee break Q&A and many one-on-one consultations. The summary of achievements for 2023 are reflected in the report, which is now available to view.
