AAF Cloud Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions set out the basis on which AAF will provide the Subscriber access to and use of the Cloud Services.

eduroam Information Pack

This policy is intended to help you understand how the Australian Access Federation Limited (AAF Ltd) manages personal information.

Information on how eduroam works between institutions.

Privacy Collection Notice Personal information about you is normally collected either directly from you or from an AAF Subscriber to which you belong for the purposes of providing you access to hosted services operated by the AAF through your organisation’s subscription to the Federation.
VerifID Terms and Conditions These terms and conditions set out the basis on which AAF will perform the Verify Services for the Subscriber.

Resource Description
eduGAIN Information Packs:

Information about International connectivity for Subscribers that want to connect their Identity Provider (IdP) or Service Providers (SP) to eduGAIN.
Compliance Organisations will be sent an electronic Compliance Statement that will need to be signed annually. More information about your obligations as a subscriber can be found at FAQs.
Logo Use Guidelines:

The logo use guidelines outlines how the logo is to be used by Federation subscribers, affiliates, and other organisations where the Australian Access Federation has directly approved that use.
AAF Membership Application Form In addition to being a Subscriber, being a Member gives you the right to participate in meetings of AAF Ltd. and to have input into how the Federation is run.
